Lively phone plans include both long-distance and roaming calls within the U.S., you don’t have to worry about additional charges. All minutes, both long distance and roaming will charge against your total monthly minutes, just like any other call. Lively phone plans, however, do not cover calls outside the domestic U.S., so calls to you from outside the domestic U.S., or calls that you make outside the domestic U.S., will have additional international calling rates.

Yes, in most cases. You will need to contact your current carrier to start the transfer from your old carrier to Lively. Please call us if you need any help.
There are no additional fees to call our U.S.-based customer service. However, for calls to an operator in which a service is completed, $0.99/call and plan minutes will be deducted equal to the length of the call. The $0.99/call Personal Operator fee is waived with Ultimate Health & Safety Packages.
